Refund Policy

If the Blueprint doesn't make your payoff plan clearer, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

We build workbooks we're proud of, and we'd rather have your trust than your $27 if the product isn't right for you. That's why every purchase from Firm Ground Press is backed by a straightforward guarantee.

The guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don't need to justify it or jump through hoops — "it wasn't for me" is enough. Because our products are digital, you keep any files you've already downloaded; we're not going to chase them.

How to request a refund

Find your Gumroad purchase receipt (check your email inbox for a receipt from Gumroad).
Reply to that receipt requesting a refund, or email us directly at support@firmgroundpress.com with the email address you used to buy.
We'll process it — refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method.

Once processed, it typically takes a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

A couple of details

Where purchases happen: our workbooks are sold and delivered through Gumroad, so refunds are handled via Gumroad. Gumroad's terms also apply to your purchase.
Free resources: the free worksheet and waitlist cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund there — just unsubscribe anytime if our emails aren't useful.
Fairness: the guarantee is meant for genuine "this wasn't right for me" situations. We reserve the right to decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests on multiple purchases.
