We ask for very little, we encrypt it on the way in, and we never sell it. Here's exactly what that means.
Every page — and every form — is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Look for the padlock in your browser's address bar.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your email to anyone. It's used to send you what you asked for and the occasional useful note.
We ask for your email, and optionally a first name. That's it. No phone number, no address, no card details on this site.
One click unsubscribes you from every email. Ask us to delete your data and we will, no hassle.
When you type your email into a form on this site and hit submit, that information doesn't travel across the internet as plain text that anyone could read. It's scrambled using TLS (Transport Layer Security) — the same standard of in-transit encryption that banks and online stores rely on — and only unscrambled once it safely reaches our server.
https://. The "s" stands for secure. Our TLS certificate is issued and auto-renewed by our host, so the encrypted connection is always current.
Form signups are stored in a managed, access-controlled database run by our hosting provider, Netlify. Only we can access it, and we keep only what we need to send you the resource and stay in touch.
When you buy a workbook, checkout happens on Gumroad, a dedicated commerce platform. Your card details are entered on Gumroad's secure, PCI-compliant systems — not here. Firm Ground Press never sees or stores your payment information.
